RETURNS

You have the right to change your mind about the ready made pieces bought on our website by contacting us within 14 days. Once agreed if a refund or exchange is needed, the goods then be returned unused at your own cost using a trackable and insured courier(e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) and in its original package. Once received, the refund or exchange will be processed.
